Shipping
We ship via OCA within Argentina and worldwide via FEDEX.
Local orders placed by noon Buenos Aires Time Monday-Friday ship the same day, and they deliver in between one to three business days within Buenos Aires and bordering provinces. Delivery for the rest of the country takes up to 5 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
International orders via FEDEX placed by noon Buenos Aires Time Monday-Friday ship the same day, and they deliver in between 4 to 10 business days depending on the shipping destination.

You will receive a FEDEX tracking number with your e-mail confirmation after placing your order.
Shipping Costs

If you are interested in a product out of stock or that your size is not more avaibale, please contact us via email.
Customized Products
If you are looking for an out of stock item or if your size is not available, you may e-mail us and request it.
Moreover, if you wish to have your own design on a custom made product you may also e-mail us your request and we will briefly assist you.
Special-sized shoes will delay in between one and two weeks, depending on material availability.
You may also arrange a visit for custom-made wedding shoes.

Changes

You may change your product within 20 days after your purchase. You need a copy of your receipt and the product in perfect conditions.
Replacements can be made at our store or via private mail.
Sale and customized products cannot be exchanged or replaced. No refunds on any product.
